The Social Circle Development Authority is created for the purpose of promoting and assisting economic and industrial development in the City. The Authority typically meets the second Thursday of the month in January, April, July, and October at 3:00 p.m. in the Conference Room at City Hall, 166 N. Cherokee Road.
