The Downtown Development Authority of Social Circle is created for the purpose of promoting and assisting economic and industrial downtown development in the City. The DDA Board meets the second Thursday of the month in February, April, June, August, October and December at 9:00 a.m. in the City Community Room, 138 E. Hightower Trail.
