In order to ensure the accuracy of the bills as we send them out on the new system for the first time, we delayed sending out this month’s utility bills on the schedule we originally published. We do regret any inconvenience the delay may have caused and to allow you time to pay this month’s bill, we have extended a grace period between the due date of March 29th and the assessment of late fees on April 3rd. Late fees will be applied at the close of business on April 3rd.
The bill format is also in an interim stage. Next month you will notice a significant change in the look of the bill which is designed to make it easier to read and to compare with your usage history.
The new financial software and utility billing system will move Social Circle forward with technology and open up new opportunities for us to serve you better.
