The request the City of Social Circle has received from the property owner is for a Conditional Use of his property, (property is zoned AG) to allow the owner to place 1 camper, his camper on 569 Clover Drive, out of reasonable public view, and allow him to construct their home, for a timeline deemed sufficient and reasonable, not to exceed 8 months or receiving the Certificate of Occupancy.  The owner is in no way asking for consideration of permanent residence in his camper.
